Guidepost Montessori is seeking an experienced Assistant Head of School (Assistant Director) for our Voorhees, New Jersey location. The role partners with the Head of School to deliver high-quality learning, exceptional parent service, and a collaborative staff environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in building community, engaging with families, and leading outreach initiatives while driving enrollment and school operations in a Montessori context.

Formación

• Early childhood education leadership experience.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Facility with computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support the creation of a strong campus culture aligned with the organization's mission.
• Plan and host community outreach events.
• Give tours to prospective families and convert leads to enrolled families.
• Drive the enrollment process using a CRM system.
• Manage day-to-day school operations: billing, supply ordering, scheduling maintenance.
• Interface with parents to build community and address concerns.
