HDR is seeking a Water Resources Market Sector Lead based in Montana. You will lead growth and strategy for the Water Resource Management practice across Montana Area, directing projects from planning through construction and working with clients to pursue opportunities.

You will develop long-range visions, manage teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and help raise HDR’s profile within professional associations while ensuring high-quality, compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, planning, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead and participate in Water Resource Management growth and strategy for HDR’s Montana Area.
• Develop long-range vision and strategy for water resource management including dams, levees, stormwater, restoration, irrigation, hydraulics and hydrology.
• Lead branding in Montana Area by engaging with professional organizations.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing staff to pursue new projects and lead key pursuits.
• Support development of scopes of work, fee estimates, risk identification and schedules.
• Identify water resource management initiatives for the marketplace.
• Promote Water Resource Management market in alignment with Client Managers.
• Engage in marketing planning, proposals, and interviews for WM projects.
• Serve as Client Manager for selected key clients.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage technical personnel; supervise multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee project delivery including planning, design, construction, and quality reviews.
• Ensure operations, utilization, morale, quality control and marketing support.
• Coordinate services with other sections and advance technical competencies.
