Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, planning or a related field.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships is essential.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing programs.
• Strong staff development and recruitment capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and lead growth for HDR's Montana Power program, focusing on client development and market diversification.
• Pursue and manage opportunities across consulting, advisory services, owners engineering and portfolio planning.
• Provide leadership, project management and staffing oversight to ensure quality work.
• Coordinate with leaders to align resources with workload and market efforts.
