Job summary

HDR in Montana seeks an experienced leader to drive long-range Water Resource Management strategy, brand the practice region, and pursue new projects. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage key client relationships, and coordinate with technical and marketing staff to deliver high-impact water solutions.

You will oversee project delivery from planning through construction phases, ensuring quality and proactive risk management, while advancing HDR's collaborative culture and community

Qualifications

• Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for planning and/or engineering services.
• Experience in development and management of client relationships and program/pursuit management.
• Experience with staff development including recruiting and career growth.
• Active participation in industry associations and market visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a long-range Water Resource Management vision and strategy for HDR’s Montana Area.
• Lead Water Resource Management branding in Montana Area and engage with professional organizations.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing staff on new projects and pursuits.
• As project manager, plan, organize, and control project work to meet client expectations.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage multidisciplinary teams; supervise senior engineers.
• Monitor operations, quality control, and coordinate services with other sections.
