HDR is seeking a Montana Area Power Market Sector Leader to drive growth and operational management for HDR’s Power program in Montana. The role emphasizes client development, market diversification, and talent recruitment to support project needs.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 10 years in the industry, a strong track record with strategic marketing programs for planning/engineering services, and proven leadership across cross-functional teams and industry groups.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, planning or a related field.
Extensive experience in developing and managing strategic marketing programs for planning/engineering services.
Experience building and managing broad client relationships and pursuing program or project opportunities.
Proven ability to develop staff, recruit, and support professional growth.
Active involvement with industry associations and a strong market presence.
Ability to collaborate with regional and area leadership to align resources and marketing efforts.

Responsabilités

Grow and oversee HDR’s Power services portfolio in Montana.
Partner with BD leaders to anticipate market trends and diversify work.
Identify opportunities across consulting, advisory, owners engineering, asset management and planning.
Lead client management, project staffing and quality oversight on select projects.
Coordinate with leadership to align resources and marketing efforts for growth.
Recruit, hire, and mentor staff to achieve growth goals.
