Job summary

Spokane Hardware Supply, Inc. seeks a Wholesale Field Account Manager to grow sales in Montana and surrounding regions. You will manage existing wholesale accounts, identify new customers, and conduct regular site visits to review product needs and promotions.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, solution-based selling, and strong relationship-building skills with travel across the territory, including occasional Canada visits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in sales or account management in related wholesale distribution.
• Strong product knowledge in cabinet hardware, millwork, or coatings.
• Willingness to travel regularly within territory and to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts for high satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and acquire new customers to expand market share.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to review product needs and provide demos.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the brand.
• Coordinate joint sales calls with factory reps and sales manager.
• Develop territory growth plans and forecast opportunities.
