HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Monitor Technician PRN to support telemetry care and patient monitoring. You will interpret rhythms, report changes to nursing staff, and maintain telemetry supplies.

The role requires using computerized documentation, understanding age-specific factors, and collaborating with a care team. Prior monitor tech or EKG course helps; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• BLS Healthcare Provider required.
• Completion of Basic EKG/Arrhythmia course; able to interpret cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• CMT/Cardiac Experience Preferred
• Experience as a monitor tech in a hospital setting preferred; customer service abilities including effective listening.

Responsibilities
