Job summary

Bank of America’s Money Movement Operations team seeks an experienced specialist to review and approve retirement and retail distribution requests, including wires, journal entries, checks, and transfers. You will ensure compliance, manage risk, and deliver timely processing with strong judgment.

In this role, you will engage clients, support process improvements, cross-train across the division, and maintain high levels of service and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Review and approve retail and retirement transactions.
• Anticipate and mitigate financial risk, fraud and AML violations.
• Monitor risk via account activity/history messages.
• Review and process both verbal and written transaction requests.
