Depending on your role and your hours, we offer
Assist the Financial Resources Program Manager with the daily operations of the Bill-Payer and Representative Payee functions within the Money Management Program. This employee will be trained as a Money Manager to work directly with Bill-Payer clients on tasks such as writing checks, balancing checkbooks, and preparing budgets, and will serve as a monthly point of contact for Bill-Payer volunteers. The employee will also be trained as a back-up for the Rep-Payee Program. Daily responsibilities include interacting with clients and volunteers by phone and in person, preparing and delivering SSA applications to the Social Security office, processing assigned referral intakes, and maintaining accurate documentation across all platforms. This employee will support the program in meeting audit standards and State reporting requirements, including assisting with audit preparation, monitoring client files for compliance, and ensuring adherence to confidentiality and data protection standards.

Bachelors' Degree in a related field or Associate Degree in a related field with a minimum of three years of work experience required. Understanding of basic banking transactions and computer skills are required including a familiarity with Word and Excel and an ability to learn new systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and compassion for Older Adults are both required.

At AgeSpan, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining rate of pay. Actual rate of pay depends on factors including but not limited to internal equity, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hour.
