Job summary

Thrivent is seeking a Mgr, Product to lead the product team responsible for complex products in a player-coach capacity. You will shape long-term strategy and coach 1–4 product owners, driving performance, growth, and collaboration with design, engineering, analytics and business partners.

You will oversee discovery efforts, align priorities, and ensure delivery of measurable improvements while marketing products effectively to users. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years relevant business experience including product manager/product owner roles.
• Familiarity with iterative development and software processes.
• Expertise in Agile product management, stakeholder management, market/user research, and process design.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Passion for new technology and trends.
• Excellent communication and executive facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops long-term product roadmap as part of a broader business strategy.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration to prioritize roadmaps and releases.
