Job summary

Caribou seeks an experienced monetization leader to own the vehicle protection business linked to every funded loan. You will decide pricing, test new product offers, and manage partner terms to maximize value per loan and per sale.

You’ll build scalable processes with data-driven rigor and lead cross-functional teams to execute initiatives. You have a track record of driving results through analysis, SQL, and tight collaboration with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Lender Success.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, or general management in fintech, lending, or marketplaces.
• Strong SQL, data analysis, and tracking skills with ability to run experiments.
• Proven track record of driving results and owning a number and its growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the monetization line metrics: protect products per loan and earnings per sale.
• Design and launch changes to how products are presented and priced.
• Analyze experiments, write SQL, and translate results into action.
• Manage partner relationships, review performance monthly, and negotiate terms.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Lender Success.
