Caribou is seeking a strategic leader to own the vehicle protection business within its Monetization team. You’ll decide pricing, partnerships, and product mix across all financed loans, driving growth and profitability.

You will write SQL, analyze experiments, and translate findings into actions, while collaborating with Sales, Enablement, Product, Analytics, and Lender Success to execute plans. This is a high-impact role with 5–8 years of relevant experience, remote-friendly in the United

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, or general management.
• Experience writing SQL and building tracking systems.
• Experience designing experiments and interpreting results.
• Track record of driving results and moving numbers.
• Understanding of how sales teams work and coaching/incentives.

Responsibilities

• Own the numbers for protection products per loan and earnings across the FI business.
• Design and launch changes to how products are presented and priced and partner rates.
• Write SQL, analyze experiments, and translate results into next steps.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with product providers, review performance monthly.
• Lead through others by coordinating with Sales, Enablement, Product, Analytics, and Lender Success.
