Position Details

• Role: Monday.com Solutions Architect
• Monthly Rate: $1250 - 2150/month
• Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week
• Time Zone: CDT Business Hours

Experience Needed

• Communicate directly with clients via email, Google Meet, and Loom updates.
• Lead and participate in client calls with confidence and clarity.
• Translate business processes into effective monday.com boards, automations, and dashboards.
• Continuously improve existing systems as client needs evolve.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with confidence and ownership.
• Create Loom videos to explain changes, decisions, and system logic.
• Document work clearly and consistently.
• Collaborate closely with internal teammates and implementation leads.

Good to have

• Experience implementing or supporting tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
• Background in operations, process improvement, or systems design.
• Familiarity with automations, integrations, or light development work.
