Job summary

Catholic Community Services seeks a Community Relations Manager for Queen of Angels Monastery in Mt. Angel, OR. You will steward campus operations, supervise volunteers, coordinate events, and engage with the community to uphold the monastery’s legacy of service.

The role requires leadership, outreach, budgeting, and CRM oversight, with a schedule Monday–Friday and some evening/weekend events. A related degree and several years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management or related field.
• Minimum of five years related experience or equivalent education, training and experience.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license with a driving record permitting coverage under the agency’s auto policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning, implementation and evaluation for monastery operations staffing and systems.
• Provide expert outreach and site tours in support of referrals, space rental, and major gifts/grants.
• Oversee non-program volunteers and coordinate with volunteer coordinator on policies.
• Develop a comprehensive plan with Operations Team to host community events sustainably.
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership to preserve historic buildings and grounds.
