Rexel USA is hiring a Wire Cutter to join our Hayward, CA team on a Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift. You will fulfill wire and cable cut orders safely, accurately, and efficiently using material handling equipment, while maintaining quality and security in line with Rexel standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of wire cutting experience preferred.
• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture focused on employee safety and a safe work environment.
• Perform daily machine checks and operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Retrieve and cut wire accurately for customer shipments; inspect for conformance to specifications.
• Fill orders efficiently and ensure outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Position reels and adjust machine settings to control wire thickness, pressure, heat, and cut length.
