Qualifications

• 1+ years of wire cutting experience preferred.
• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment preferred. If required to make deliveries:
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of their Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended drivers’ license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders for wire and cable cuts accurately and efficiently.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and in accordance with SOPs.
• Retrieve, inspect, and cut wire per specifications; remove defective pieces.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Place reels on payout spindle and adjust cuts for thickness, pressure, heat, and length.
• Stage wire cuts and store merchandise in proper areas.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards; report damage or issues.
