Job summary

CAC I International Inc. is seeking a Financial Systems Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver digital learning experiences focused on Federal financial systems such as Momentum and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience (3+ years) in instructional design or eLearning content development.
• MUST have experience working with COTS Federal Financials Systems (Momentum).
• Advanced Articulate Storyline skills; Rise or Articulate 360 suite a plus.
• Experience with video creation tools such as Camtasia or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate training across eLearning, instructor-led, and blended formats.
• Own curriculum development end to end: needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
• Create written modules, interactive scenarios, branching activities, knowledge checks, simulations, and multimedia assets.
• Build learning experiences in Articulate Storyline and Camtasia.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
