Job summary

CACI International Inc. in Springfield, VA seeks a Momentum Financials Technical Subject Matter Expert to architect, execute, and sustain the data lifecycle for a cross-agency financial systems migration.

You will lead ETL of legacy data, design secure interfaces to federal systems, oversee Momentum architecture, and drive modernization while ensuring data integrity and compliance. This role places you at the center of national security missions in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI and polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in technical architecture, development, or database administration of CGI Momentum Financials in federal environments.
• Expertise in relational databases (Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting.
• Familiarity with Momentum's proprietary architecture and table structures.
• Understanding of FedRAMP, ATO processes, and data encryption standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute ETL of legacy financial data with zero data loss and USSGL mapping.
• Design secure interfaces (APIs, web services, batch processing) between Momentum and federal systems.
• Provide technical oversight of Momentum architecture, including servers, DB performance, and patch management.
• Lead Tier 3 troubleshooting, analyze logs, and resolve defects post-migration.
• Support modernization such as cloud hosting transitions and analytics integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Momentum aligns with federal reporting and compliance.
