Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Financial Systems Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning experiences that support federal finance training initiatives. Ideal candidates will have experience with Momentum or Oracle and strong skills in Articulate 360 and Camtasia.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in instructional design or eLearning content development.
• Must have experience with COTS Federal Financials Systems (Momentum).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate training across eLearning, instructor-led, and blended formats.
• Own curriculum development end-to-end: needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
• Create written modules, interactive scenarios, branching activities, knowledge checks, simulations, and multimedia assets.
• Build learning experiences in Articulate Storyline and Camtasia.
