Engagement: Federal Agency's Financial and Acquisition Modernization Program

Role: Momentum Business Analyst (User Community Support)

Project Location: 100% Remote, Washington D.C. area preferred

Important:

Candidates must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a government clearance.

Important: Candidate must have at least 3 years of Momentum User Support Experience.

Description of Role:

The detail-oriented customer-focused Momentum (an ERP Solution) Business Analyst provides end-user support, user engagement, and sustainment training support for a large ERP Implementation Program. This role requires a strong understanding of Momentum acquisition and financial systems and business processes to support end users effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Momentum end-user support, troubleshooting issues, identifying solutions, communicating guidance to end users, and escalating complex issues to Tier teams as needed.
  • Develop content for and lead a monthly knowledge session to provide system updates, best practices, and address common questions for new and existing end users.
  • Create or maintain Momentum user guides, FAQs, and training materials for end users.
  • Identify patterns in user issues and recommend system enhancements or training opportunities.
  • Document user inquiries, resolutions, and known issues to maintain a comprehensive client knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to resolve system related issues and ensure a fully functioning system.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of Momentum system updates and changes, ensuring accurate and timely information to end users.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree in related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.).
  • 3+ years of Momentum Financial and Acquisition end user client/customer support.
  • 3 to 5 years of management consulting in the federal space.
  • Experience supporting ERP end users in post-ERP implementation and O&M support.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and system functionalities within Momentum.
  • Experience developing highly effective materials and work products for Momentum end users (PPT decks, User Guides, SOPs, etc.).
  • Extensive experience developing and presenting materials to end users and government leads.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills to support business writing, professional correspondence, and meeting facilitation with a diverse group of clients.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills - creating slides that accurately convey messaging using unique design features.
  • Strong Microsoft Office capabilities including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to exhibit flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment as priorities change.
  • Must be a self-starter, problem solver, and deadline driven.
  • Must be able to obtain a government clearance.
