Job description

Join our team as a Customer Service Support Specialist Jr. and become a key player in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about helping clients navigate benefits, payroll, and ACA processes.
Key Responsibilities

* Handle 18-20 inbound and outbound calls daily, providing support and guidance to clients.
* Follow Open Enrollment and ACA processes.
* Lead virtual meetings to assist clients with WFN configuration changes.
* Troubleshoot benefit, carrier connection, and ACA issues.
* Coordinate with clients and insurance brokers to clarify benefit plan changes.
* Collect and manage data for Carrier Connection templates.
* Ensure accurate payroll updates and ACA form approvals.
* Support internal projects and small payroll initiatives.
Required Skills

* Strong customer service, communication, and writing skills
* Technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
* Typing proficiency and case management experience
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Team-oriented with an ownership mindset Preferred
Qualifications

* 6+ months of call center experience
* High School Diploma
* Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
* Bachelor's degree Preferred

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
