Qualifications

• Knowledge of supplier quality processes (PPAP, PFMEA, CP, MSA).
• Ability to teach others and drive quality improvements.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier audits and manage quality documentation.
• Develop reliability improvements for designs and manufacturing.
• Manage NCRs and supplier performance data.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and QA teams.
• Drive PFMEA, APQP, and manufacturing instructions.
• Lead cross-functional supplier quality investigations.
• Oversee new production line launches and supplier start-up.
• Mentor teams on design for manufacturability and quality signals.
