Job summary

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is seeking a Lab-based Flow Cytometry Scientist to join the Clinical Cytometry group in Spring House, PA. The contractor will support oncology biomarker programs by delivering flow cytometry assays and high-quality clinical data in a collaborative research setting.

The role requires hands-on experience with high-dimensional flow cytometry, cell sorting is a plus, and strong data interpretation and communication skills are essential for publication-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on flow cytometry assay development, validation, and implementation.
• Experience with PBMC/BMMC isolation and primary cell culture.
• Familiarity with oncology/immunology literature and clinical data handling.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-parameter clinical flow cytometry assays end-to-end.
• Design and perform ex vivo and in vitro cell-based assays with functional readouts.
• Handle primary human cells and cryopreserved specimens for testing.
• Record data and write validation reports following SOPs.
• Analyze and present data in publication-ready format.
• Communicate complex data clearly to stakeholders.
