Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking a Field Applications Scientist, Immunoassay Specialist based in Pennsylvania to support our immunoassay platforms, including Simple Plex Ella and Luminex, across research customers. You will deliver pre- and post‑sales assay development support, training, and technical troubleshooting, collaborating with sales, marketing and product teams.

The ideal candidate has a BS/BA in life sciences, at least 5 years of hands‑on immunoassay experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS/BA in biochemistry, biosciences or related life science field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with immunoassays is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales assay development and technical support for immunoassay platforms (e.g., Simple Plex Ella, Luminex).
• Deliver scientific seminars, on-site demonstrations, and evaluations at customer sites.
• Train customers and internal teams; communicate feedback to sales, marketing and product groups.
• Collaborate with global FAS teams to train peers and share resources.
• Travel to customer laboratories and attend scientific meetings to support product adoption.
