Job summary

Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics in Louisville, KY is seeking a Molecular Medical Technologist to analyze patient samples, perform nucleic acid isolations, PCR/qPCR, and NGS using automated and manual methods. You will maintain equipment and report results with accuracy.

The role requires a BS in Biology or Biochemistry, relevant certifications, and at least 1 year of lab experience, with CAP/CLIA high-complexity testing familiarity. EEO employer with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• ASCP/AMT/AAB certification ideal but not required.
• Minimum 1 year laboratory experience; clinical lab experience preferred.
• Must perform high-complexity testing per CAP/CLIA.
• Experience with molecular/microbiology/genetics in clinical labs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform various molecular tests on patient samples (PCR, qPCR, NGS).
• Prepare libraries, controls, reagents, and plate samples in 96/384 well formats.
• Operate and maintain instruments (KingFisher, MiSeq, QuantStudio, etc.).
• Adhere to SOPs, ensure safety, and maintain documentation per GxP.
