Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Indianapolis is seeking a laboratory professional to perform molecular assays (PCR, DNA/RNA isolation, sequencing prep) and provide general lab support.

The role requires a life science degree with 2–4 years of related experience (or MS/PhD) and the ability to work independently and with a team, maintaining accurate records and safety.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, with potential overtime; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science with 2–4 years of related industry experience, or MS/PhD with up to 2 years.
• Experience in lab settings and ability to work in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular assays including PCR (RT/qPCR, dPCR), DNA/RNA isolation, and NGS prep.
• Record results in electronic lab notebooks and reports.
• Use automated systems and lab instruments to run assays and generate data.
• Provide general lab support: inventory, ordering/restocking, plate prep/labeling.
