Zusammenfassung

Eurofins USA Genomic Services in Louisville, KY is seeking an R&D Technician to support daily operations in our genomics lab. You will assist with sample processing, experimental workflows, and routine lab maintenance under the guidance of the R&D Manager.

Training will cover molecular biology techniques including DNA/RNA extraction, RT-PCR, ELISA, and NGS workflows. You will ensure safety, quality, and accurate recordkeeping while contributing to ongoing projects and data analysis.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in biology/biotech preferred.
• 1–3 years in an industry lab; sequencing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with sequencing, library prep, RT-PCR, DNA/RNA extraction.

Aufgaben

• Process samples for developmental research as directed by the R&D team.
• Maintain lab inventory and assist with ordering reagents and materials.
• Follow QA and safety protocols; ensure accurate data entry and records.
• Assist with DNA/RNA extraction, RT-PCR, gel electrophoresis, and NGS workflows.
• Communicate results and updates with internal teams.
