Job summary

Vitrolife Group in Miami is seeking a Laboratory Technologist to support molecular testing workflows in reproductive health and genetics. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a laboratory science field or related area with supervised experience or training
• Experience in molecular skills incl. RNA/DNA extraction, PCR, and gel electrophoresis is a plus
• Florida CLT/Labtech licensure is preferred

Responsibilities

• Process specimens, perform tests, and review/report results as applicable
• Conduct high complexity tests authorized by supervisor or director
• Follow procedures for specimen handling, test analyses, and record-keeping
• Adhere to safety and quality control protocols
• Identify issues impacting test performance and notify supervisor immediately
