Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience in Molecular biology.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a laboratory.
  • Strong interpersonal, management and technical skills.
  • High level verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level organizational and analytic skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all operational aspects of multi-site labs.
  • Manages and coordinates all laboratory staffing.
  • Collaborate with section managers to improve end-to-end specimen flow, communication, and turnaround time.
  • Work closely with peer leaders across Anatomic Pathology to support coordination of workflows and services.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing alignment across laboratory sections.
  • Foster a collaborative environment built on shared goals, transparency, and mutual accountability.
