Job summary

ALMAC Group in Durham is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to manage daily clinical testing activities. Responsibilities include supervising staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a fast-paced, high-complexity laboratory.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree with 4+ years of training/experience in qPCR, Nanostring or NGS.
• Ph.D. with 1+ year of training/experience in qPCR, Nanostring or NGS.
• Experience in a high complexity CLIA testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise testing personnel in high-complexity Clinical Testing Laboratory.
• Coordinate activities of junior team members for timely completion of testing.
• Monitor specimen examinations to maintain acceptable analytic performance.
