Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Marketing Specialist III for the Molecular Biology marketing team. You will help execute the marketing strategy and campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and adoption of sample preparation solutions.

Based in California, you will collaborate with product management, R&D, and commercial teams to develop training materials and support sales enablement. Travel up to 15% may be required as part of conferences and events.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or related sciences with 5+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Marketing experience valued but can be developed on the job.
• Experience with sample preparation or molecular biology techniques preferred.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology concepts and laboratory workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Support marketing plans and tactics for the sample preparation product portfolio using a customer-centric approach.
• Assist in analyses of customer segments, competitor activity, business trends, and market opportunities.
• Support new product launch activities and go-to-market initiatives to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop engaging digital marketing content (web, video, social, email) and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with regional teams to support sales enablement and education materials.
