Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager for Transplant Diagnostics (One Lambda) to drive growth in molecular diagnostics. You will build expansion strategies, craft market narratives, and lead multi-channel campaigns that translate scientific value into demand generation while coordinating with Medical Affairs and regional teams.
You’ll manage global launches, develop evidence roadmaps, and ensure compliant clinical education content across channels, including

- Advanced degree with 6+ years in product marketing within molecular diagnostics or clinical markets.
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in similar roles as alternative.
- Proven ability to size markets and identify growth segments.
Responsabilidades
- Drive growth and adoption of molecular diagnostics portfolio across regions.
- Define expansion strategies and evidence-based adoption frameworks.
- Develop market narratives and launch campaigns for demand generation.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR and regional teams.
- Measure performance and optimize campaigns to meet revenue targets.
