Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a dependable Molding Technician for the day shift in Fort Worth, TX. This role supports injection molding operations by setting up machines, maintaining equipment, and keeping a clean, organized floor.

You will work with the Shift Lead to ensure safe, efficient production and high-quality outputs. The position requires forklift certification and the ability to follow procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or up to 1 month of related experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic lift and scissor lift to move molds into injection molding machines.
• Set molds into machines using specialized equipment and controlled procedures.
• Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out protocols as applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Molding Floor through sweeping, mopping, and regular machine wipe-downs.
• Stock and organize molding cabinets and carts.
• Assist with additional molding floor and machine duties as directed by the Shift Lead.
