US Conec seeks a skilled Tooling Technician for our weekend day shift in Fort Worth, TX. You will maintain, repair, and improve injection molding tools to support high-quality production, working with the Tooling Lead and production teams to ensure tooling readiness.

The role requires hands-on tool maintenance experience, knowledge of injection molding, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits and a Friday-to-Sunday shift schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of tooling or manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience with injection mold maintenance and repairs.
• Solid understanding of the injection molding process.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Support for internal teams including Molding, Production, and Special Operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, insert changes, and repairs on injection molding tools.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and tool performance.
• Identify tooling issues and report findings to the Tooling Lead.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement tooling solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Develop and update Tooling Process Instructions (TPIs) and related documentation.
• Organize and manage tool room components, including spare parts and standard items.
• Collaborate with production teams to provide tooling support and address operational needs.
