Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Tooling Support Technician for 2nd shift to perform in-press mold cleanings, minor maintenance, and tooling support to keep components ready for production.

You will work with the molding and tool room teams to maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency, following established procedures and documentation standards. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits, with opportunities for cross-training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to details and adherence to procedures.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with molding processes.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-press mold cleanings and minor mold maintenance.
• Use dry ice blaster to clean molds and tooling components.
• Follow tooling work orders and production priorities.
• Complete work orders with accurate documentation and timely execution.
• Communicate effectively with peers, operators, and leadership using standard formats.
• Work from a priority schedule to complete mold cleanings, PMs, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with molding to maintain a clean, safe production floor.
• Support tooling and molding operations on floor and in tool room.
