Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Tooling Support Technician for the Fort Worth manufacturing team on the 10:00pm–6:00am shift.

You will perform in-press mold cleanings, minor maintenance, and support activities that keep tooling components clean, organized, and production-ready. You will collaborate with the molding department, follow safety and documentation procedures, and help maintain an efficient, high-quality production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with injection molding.
• Good verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-press mold cleanings and minor mold maintenance.
• Use dry ice blaster to clean molds and tooling components.
• Follow work orders and production priorities with documentation.
• Communicate with peers and leadership using standardized formats.
• Complete mold cleanings, PMs, and maintenance tasks per schedule.
• Collaborate with molding to maintain a safe production floor.
• Support tooling and molding operations on the floor and in the tool room.
