Qualifications

• One year of related leadership experience.
• Ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from limited options.
• Ability to train others for routine positions.
• Must meet Wonderlic Select Assessment requirement (score >= 50).

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs injection molding activities for assigned classifications.
• Directs, instructs, and trains new and promoted employees; monitors performance.
• Ensures proper training in safe operation of machines for hourly staff.
• Implements disciplinary actions per company policies and procedures.
• Audits and records quality and productivity of subordinates.
• Ensures compliance with all departmental policies and company rules.
• Plans and coordinates workflow across the department and shifts.
• Coordinates with other departments to meet quality and production goals.
• Participates in company programs and prepares reports and schedules.
• Completes daily process checks and adheres to environmental health and safety systems.
• Uses root cause problem solving to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrences.
• Performs housekeeping and other duties as required.
