Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting instincts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust molding equipment to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Execute machine changeovers, start-ups, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Handoff performance data and conditions with the previous shift.
• Perform routine adjustments and preventive maintenance tasks to keep machines running.
• Flag and report equipment concerns or maintenance needs promptly.
