Job summary

Pretium Packaging is seeking an experienced production operator to join our manufacturing team in a full-time role. You will operate and monitor packaging equipment, perform changeovers, and ensure products meet quality standards while collaborating with a team in a safety-focused environment.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, participate in training programs, and support plant reliability through routine maintenance and timely reporting of issues.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to meet goals and quality standards.
• Perform machine changeovers, start-ups, and basic troubleshooting.
• Review machine performance and conditions from the previous shift.
• Ensure equipment runs efficiently and produces quality products.
• Perform routine equipment adjustments and preventative maintenance.
