Qualifications

• Prioritize safety, quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain a well-organized 5S working area.
• Use visual management tools to communicate workflow.
• Follow environmental and safety regulations, including PPE usage.

• Willingness to work overtime with limited notice.
• Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Cross-train on molding presses and/or other departments.
