Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of injection molding experience.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot multiple molding processes.
• Verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety by identifying hazards and following LOTO procedures.
• Set molds in injection molding presses and optimize mold change times.
• Produce quality parts and adhere to set parameters.
• Document changes and deviations with notes and dates.
• Assist at the press and keep molding area organized with 5-S.
• Relieve associates as required and own mold area equipment.
• Follow plant policies and contribute to quality, productivity and safety goals.
