Job summary

RESRG Automotive is seeking a Production Specialist All Departments to operate and maintain equipment across assembly, coatings, plating and injection molding. You will follow work instructions, ensure efficient production flow, and keep a clean, safe work area while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities include assembling components, painting prep and inspection, plating checks, and basic molding line troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing and maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; write reports and manuals.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Operate hand and power tools and inspect parts for defects.
• Load/unload materials and perform basic quality checks on painting, plating, and molding lines.
• Follow safety policies and contribute to a clean, organized work area.
• Explain quality policies and help prevent non-conformities in products and processes.
