Job summary

RESRG Automotive is seeking a Production Specialist All Departments to operate and maintain equipment across assembly, coatings, plating and injection molding. You will follow work instructions, ensure efficient production flow, and keep a clean, safe work area while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities include assembling components, painting prep and inspection, plating checks, and basic molding line troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Experience with manufacturing and maintenance is preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; write reports and manuals.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to follow instructions.

Production Specialist All Departments

Overview:

This role involves operating and maintaining equipment across various production processes, including assembly, coatings, and injection molding. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality products. You will be responsible for following work instructions, ensuring efficient production flow, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
Assembly
  • Assemble components according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Operate hand and power tools as required.
  • Inspect assembled parts for defects and ensure proper fit and function.
  • Package finished products according to specifications.
Paint:
  • Responsible for loading/unloading materials and painted parts from the paint line while ensuring part quality.
  • Conducts inspections before and after painting to maintain quality standards for all customers.
  • Regularly communicates with team members and leadership on safety, environmental, quality, production, and cultural topics.
  • Understands and follows work instructions, defect matrices, and quality alerts to support business objectives.
Plating
  • Responsible for loading/unloading materials and chrome parts from the plating line while ensuring part quality.
  • Conduct inspections before and after the plating process to maintain quality standards for all customers.
  • Regularly communicates with team members and leadership on safety, environmental, quality, production, and cultural topics.
  • Understands and follows work instructions, defect matrices, and quality alerts to support business objectives.
Injection Molding:
  • Remove molded parts from the machine and inspect for defects.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine malfunctions.
  • Understands and follows work instructions, defect matrices, and quality alerts to support business objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience:

Qualifications for this role include:

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Manufacturing and maintenance experience (preferred).
  • Experience with computers and Microsoft Office (preferred).
  • Excellent language skills: ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; write reports, correspondence, and manuals; and effectively present information to various groups.
  • Basic mathematical skills: ability to perform simple calculations.
  • Strong reasoning ability: ability to understand and follow instructions and solve routine problems using common sense.

The physical demands of this position require the ability to:

  • Frequently: Stand and walk; use hands for fine motor skills (finger dexterity, handling, feeling); reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.
  • Occasionally: Climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; sit.
  • Vision: Possess close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Lifting: Consistently lift and carry up to 10-50 pounds daily.

The employee will need to wear shoes, shirts, and all protective equipment relevant to working with hazardous chemicals.
