Saint-Gobain High Performance Solutions - Life Sciences, Composites & Mobility is seeking a manufacturing operator to support molding processes at our Portage, WI facility on 5th shift (Saturday/Sunday, 10:30 am–10:30 pm) with additional weekday 2–8 hour shifts on 2nd or 3rd shift.

The role emphasizes safe operation, attention to 5S standards, accurate data entry, and collaboration with QC and technical teams to ensure quality parts are produced.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong team player with good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to push, pull and lift 25 lbs regularly; stand/walk/bend for 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding equipment safely and efficiently following documented procedures while maintaining 5S standards.
• Communicate problems to QC and other technical resources to ensure quality parts are produced.
• Fill out forms for product traceability in accordance with good documentation practices.
• Enter data into Factivity software to manage part production, real-time labor, job tracking and machine monitoring.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors and leads.
