Job summary

Saint-Gobain High Performance Solutions – Life Sciences, Composites & Mobility is hiring a 3rd shift molding operator in Wisconsin. You will operate molding equipment following documented procedures, ensuring safe, efficient production and traceability.

Role requires standing long hours, lifting up to 40 lbs, and strong teamwork with clear verbal and written communication. You will report issues to QC and use Factivity software for real-time tracking, with other duties as assigned to maintain

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to push, pull and lift 25 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push and pull up to 40 lbs for 8–12 hours.
• Strong teamwork and clear verbal/written communication.
• Adheres to 5S and clean-work area standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding equipment following documented procedures.
• Communicate problems to QC and technical resources to ensure quality parts.
• Complete product traceability forms accurately.
• Enter data in Factivity software for real-time production tracking.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors and leads.
