Saint-Gobain Life Sciences in Portage, WI seeks a manufacturing operator for 5th shift (Sat-Sun, 10:30 am–10:30 pm) plus 2–8 hour weekday shifts. You will safely run molding presses, inspect, package, label, wash parts, and support oven operations. Collaborate with QC, maintenance, and leads to meet safety, quality, and output goals.

This position will work out of Portage, WI on 5th Shift - Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 am - 10:30 pm along with 2 - 8 hour shifts during the week (Monday - Friday), on 2nd or 3rd shift.

In this role, you will safely and efficiently operate manufacturing equipment to meet expected production rates. These duties include operating molding presses, inspecting parts, packaging and labeling parts, washing parts, and tending the oven room. You will work closely with QC inspectors while running jobs by communicating changes or issues regarding part and process quality. You will also work with the Manufacturing Technician team, Maintenance team and Production Leads to ensure consistent and efficient operation of equipment to meet daily safety, quality, and production goals.
