Job summary

Saint-Gobain High Performance Solutions - Life Sciences, Composites & Mobility is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri 2:15pm–10:45pm) at our FF1 site in Portage, WI. You will safely and efficiently operate molding presses and support oven room activities to meet daily production goals.

You will inspect parts, package and label, wash parts, and document results while working with QC inspectors and the Manufacturing Team to communicate issues and ensure quality and

Qualifications

• Safely operate molding equipment per documented procedures.
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area.
• Communicate issues to QC and technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of molding equipment by following documented procedures and keeping the area clean.
• Effectively communicate problems to QC and other technical resources to ensure quality parts are made.
• Follow good documentation practices including filling out forms for product traceability.
• Use Factivity software for real-time labor, part production, and machine monitoring.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors and leads.
