Saint-Gobain High Performance Solutions - Life Sciences, Composites & Mobility in Portage, WI is seeking a manufacturing operator for 5th shift (Saturday and Sunday 10:30 am–10:30 pm) with additional 2–8 hour shifts during the week on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities include operating molding equipment, following procedures, maintaining 5S, documenting production data, communicating issues to QC, and completing production records.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for long shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs and perform physical duties.

• Follow good documentation practices including filling out forms for product traceability

Position Overview

This position will work out of Portage, WI on 5th Shift – Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 am – 10:30 pm, along with 2–8 hour shifts during the week (Monday – Friday) on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Education

Qualifications and Physical Demands

• Strong team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to push, pull and lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push and pull objects (weighing up to 40 lbs.) for 8–12 hours during your shift
