• Experience with lean manufacturing, CI initiatives, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with MRP systems and production tracking tools.
• Strong knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations for safe operations.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams in high‑volume manufacturing.
• Candidate must have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support a three‑shift molding production operation with smooth shift transitions.
• Directly manage molding production supervisors and ~100 indirect reports.
• Directly manage tool designers and a machine shop supervisor.
• Drive performance by monitoring key metrics: efficiency, downtime, scrap, throughput.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and product quality.
