Responsibilities

• Pack molded production parts into boxes per packing specifications.
• Obtain packing supplies from designated spots at each machine.
• Assemble boxes, label them, and move packed boxes through the tape machine.
• Visually inspect tray parts for defects and note issues as needed.
• Escalate quality defects or extended downtime to supervision.
• Perform line clearance during product changes and assist with disposition.
• Sort offline production parts as directed by Cell Leaders.
• Complete inspection and clearance forms during shifts and changes.
